 When the goal is weight loss can be confused about what the best way to split up your weekly workouts to get the best possible results in the shortest time possible. This article is going to reveal a safe and very time efficient way to structure your workout plan weight loss. The thing about training programs for weight loss and the way I like to plan your workouts in a fraction of a week is that I like to have people make weight loss a lifestyle instead of thinking regimented six days a week. I think that the best way of doing things is to split your workouts into three total body workouts that include strength training and cardiovascular training or what I use as interval training within those workouts. Just go down to your basement or gym access only to commercial gym three days a week. The rest of the week, those of another four days, you get to live your life and this is what I really think a lot of people do not understand is that you do not need to be a slave to the gym, just train with the quality and not quantity.

What I like to do is split the training program in four week blocks of training, so we will do the same program every four weeks and then we'll move on to a new program, and in a week's Workout Workout A and B who take turns.

Monday 'of the week would be 1 Workout A which is a total force exercise training organization with focus slightly different emphasis on specific muscle groups and then followed by interval training.

Then I take a day off. On Wednesday you come in and do workout B, which is again strength training to start with a slightly different emphasis on day 1 and then you still do interval training.

Then take another day off, once again live your life, be active, I do not want you glued to the couch, but you do not need to be a slave to the gym. Then come back on Friday to workout 3 and in this you return to Workout A. In week 1, you'll do Workout A, B, practice, practice and then to come back next week and go Workout B, A workout, workout B. In my opinion, three total body workout get strength training and interval training done in the same workout is the best way to do it. It allows you to live your life, stay active, run the errands, spending time with family, and plan your nutrition.
